Today we visited a mosque, the Red Fort and took a ride on a rickshaw along the crazy streets of Old Delhi. Its everything I thought; loud, busy and lots of people-but such a great experience so far. Words can’t describe the experience on the Ganges river this early morning 🙏Such a sacred place to many and it was more than surreal to be here. (The white on my forehead is ash from a holy man). Just your typical Tuesday hanging out at the Taj Mahal 🙌 We learned of the love story behind the creation for this stunning monument. The Taj was built by an Emperor as a monument to his deceased wife her dying wish was that he’d never forget her ❤️. Getting our #namaste on 🙏 We are definitely getting to see lots of different parts of this beautiful country & learning sooo much! This is the trip of a lifetime!! Purely magical evening overnight on the Riverscapes boat cruise in South India 🇮🇳 These river ways are used for the rice patty crops and for people to get around. Such an amazing day...our travel agent surprised all the ladies with a Sari fitting today. (Even my dad dressed up!!) We got to wear them to a special cooking demo!
